1. Our Services
Study Access LLC provides educational consulting, admissions support, tutoring, career preparation, orientation, relocation guidance, general visa support, interview preparation, workshops, mentoring, and related resources. The applicable plan, price, and scope are shown at purchase.
2. Accounts and Applications
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. A Study Abroad Application is not submitted to Study Access for processing until payment for the selected billing plan is received.
3. Student Responsibilities
You must provide complete and truthful information, submit authentic documents, meet deadlines, review submissions, follow reasonable recommendations, and promptly report relevant changes. We may suspend services where information appears false, unlawful, misleading, or incomplete.
4. Qualified Admission Guarantee
Our guarantee applies only after we confirm in writing that a student meets the published criteria for the universities included in the selected plan. If no included university offers admission despite the student satisfying all stated conditions, the plan fee paid to Study Access will be refunded under our Refund Policy . We do not guarantee a particular institution, visa, scholarship, permit, internship, employment, or processing time.
5. Fees
Fees are due as shown at checkout or on an invoice. Third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included. Optional Basic add-ons are charged separately.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent documents, upload malicious material, misuse protected content, or use our services unlawfully.
7. Intellectual Property
Our name, design, guides, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Study Access. You receive a limited personal right to use them for your educational planning.
8. Third Parties
Institutions, agents, payment providers, government agencies, and other third parties have separate terms and make independent decisions outside our control.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid to us for that service. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
