Qualified Admission Guarantee
If Study Access assesses a student and confirms in writing that the student meets the published admission criteria for the universities included in the selected plan, we guarantee at least one admission offer from those included universities. If no included university offers admission, we will refund 100% of the plan fee paid to Study Access, provided the student submitted complete and authentic documents, met every deadline, applied to all included universities, followed reasonable recommendations, and remained responsive.
The guarantee does not cover third-party charges or outcomes involving visas, scholarships, travel, internships, or employment. It does not apply when admission is affected by inaccurate information, missing documents, missed deadlines, withdrawal, changed preferences, failure to follow guidance, or a material change in an institution’s requirements after assessment.
Before Services Begin
If you cancel before we begin work, you may request a refund of fees paid to us, less non-refundable processing costs disclosed at purchase.
After Services Begin
Outside the Qualified Admission Guarantee, any approved refund after work begins will be based on the unused portion of the service. Completed consultations, reviews, research, applications, tutoring, workshops, and other completed work are not refundable.
Third-Party Charges
Institution, government, visa, testing, translation, courier, banking, travel, and other third-party charges are not controlled by Study Access and are not refundable by us.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your name, service, payment date, invoice number, and reason. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to processor timelines.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection law.
